Jonathan Shearman
Having graduated from Hull University with a BSc in Economics, Jonathan entered the financial markets. Over the course of 15 years, he worked in a number of roles, initially within Stockbroking, then in Fund Management. In more recent times, Jonathan has developed a portfolio of consultancy roles, leaving him with time to support his family and disciple others.
Phil Weaver
Phil was the Regional Superintendent for the London Region of Elim churches, overseeing 130 local churches and their 200+ ministers, before moving to Loughborough to establish New Springs City Church. Phil’s ministry is visionary, inspirational and motivational. Humour is a central feature whenever he takes the platform to speak!
John Fahy
John worked in the chemical industry for 12 years and has led Eagle’s Nest Church, in Arnold, Nottingham for 17 years. He is committed to see many people put their trust in Jesus and believes local churches reach their potential when their leaders are mentored, trained and resourced.
